Nothing quite like starting off the weekend by paying bills. A few years ago, I would have found this depressing, but there's something cleansing about getting my accounts squared away that leaves me feeling just slightly giddy…and broke. Good thing I'm such a cheap date.

Well, OK, maybe it's just a couple. Still, in the ever-popular spirit of sharing possibly-overlooked Web gems, here are a few places that have made me very happy in recent months.

• The Dancing Paul Page—One of the more amusing uses of Flash I've seen. Make Paul and his friends Supah-Dupah Jen and Eurodance Bastard boogie down. You control the booty, you control the jiggy, and even get to choose the soundtrack!
• The Animaniacs Page—Links to everything you might want to know about one of the best cartoons ever made. I used to be seriously addicted to this one and watched it every day; now I just have the big pile of videotapes to show for it. When you want to find the lyrics to the "Pinky and the Brain" theme, there's no better place to go.
