Coming at you live from the Adobe Online Lounge here at WEB2000, where the light is dim and the furniture inflatable. A great day so far—lots to think about and hopefully carry back to work, especially in regard to enhancing user experience and expanding community. I just have to find a way to translate it for folks who are primarily interested in the e-commerce aspects. I have a lot of frustration about trying to express what I feel about the revolutionary communication and storytelling aspects of the Web to people who only talk about click-through rates and monetizing customers. {sigh}

On a much more pleasant note, I went by the Blogger booth and had a lovely conversation with Evan and Paul about these and similar issues. In addition to making a wonderful products, they are also very personable guys. I'm glad that for once in my life I ignored that little shy voice that says, "Oh, they won't want to talk to you, just keep walking." That may be a first.
