And we're back! A longer commercial break than intended, but never mind that. WanderingMind is now coming to you from the foggy shores of the Hood Canal in lovely Poulsbo, Washington. I'm still sick, but the good news is that the doc from Saturday decided to actually treat me instead of doing the "take two aspirin" thing like the one last Thursday, so I'm improving.

The drive up was clear and beautiful (and cold!), but none of my fears about rain or snow came true, and Mom and I had a blast. We made it to Davis Saturday night after a long day of loading the truck (and I just have to give a shout out here to The Deb and Tony and Justine—without them I would probably still be loading the truck and have pneumonia to boot—I owe you all dinner the next time I'm down there).
