It's a couple of hours before midnight, but I'm not going to be too technical about this Day Without Weblogs thing. I learned a lot while scouring the Web for links, but I have to say I was surprised about one thing. In reading my usual slate of weblogs today, I found small pockets here and there who were fairly hostile toward the project. The main objection across all of them seemed to be that this was just a bunch of weblog navel-gazing that we were all doing in a lame effort to convince ourselves we'd contributed to the cause in some way.
