Party!

Great party last night. Good food, not many people I knew, but I got to spend most of the evening talking to Lee & Tanya, which is always cool. The ferry ride was just as cool as I hoped. I must confess I skipped the mocha, however. I made the mistake of walking by the hot food portion of the snack bar and that means only one thing on the ferry—Ivar's Clam Chowder. I got a hot cuppa, some crackers, and a Frappucino, and settled down in the rear of the boat to read the paper. The ride back was equally nice, and I got some great shots of the Seattle skyline as we pulled away from the dock.

Today's just been a nice kind of mellow day. I got up late, watched some cartoons, and spent most of the afternoon trying to sort out my bedroom. The dresser is rapidly becoming a top priority, as is horizontal space in general. Too many little candles and little altar items will do that to a gal. But first, I have to get the car fixed (likely fuel pump problem) and get my WA driver's license. Hopefully I remember enough about how I'm supposed to drive that I won't have to take it twice.
